Here are the scheduled cooking classes for the month of July at Le Cook Store.
Tuesday July 8: Skillet Meal Matrix--using the skillet meal matrix learn how to make over 200
different meals in your skillet(you'll make 3 this night) 5:30 pm
Thursday July 10: Gourmet Pizzas--cook and eat a variety of different pizzas from making the
dough to toppings like avocados, bean sprouts, veggies and more. 5:30pm
Friday July 11: Cool Summer Desserts--From Key Lime Pie to mini tarts, we'll show you some
refreshing dessert ideas for summer. 5:30pm
Wednesday July 16: Grilling with rubs and marinades--a Le Cook Store favorite!! You'll learn
how to make your own rubs and marinades to become the king( or queen) of the outdoor grill.

July 17 Private Event
Saturday July 19: Basic Cake Decorating--back by popular request. Learn the basics to make
your special occasion cake better than store bought. 2pm
Tuesday July 22: Summer Salads and Soups--Refreshing summer salads and wonderful
chilled soups to take the heat out of your summer meals. 5:30pm
Thursday July 24: Quiche and Crepes--One more time around for another Le Cook Store
favorite. You'll make and take home a full quiche Lorraine and learn how to make crepes and a
delicious fruit filling for them. 5:30pm
Thursday July 31: Dips and Appetizers part 2--even if you weren't there for part 1 join us for
part 2 to learn easy and quick appetizers and dips for any summer party or get together.
August 1 Private Event
All classes are $25.00 with limited seating. Reserve early.
Summer Kids Cooking Camps
There are still openings for campers ages 8-10 the weeks of July 7-11and July 21-25. There
are opening for campers ages 11-14 the week of August 4-8.
Camps run daily from 10:30am until 1:30 pm and the cost is $250.
Private groups can pick their own private class or can reserve a scheduled class for
themselves (Reserve It early if that sounds good!)
